1. Booking and Payment: Your reservation is confirmed once the payment for the selected rate is completed. Guests agree to provide card details as a booking guarantee. ​

2. Cancellation Policy: * Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. A 100% refund will be issued. ​

Late Cancellation: If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. ​

3. Mandatory Registration: According to Spanish law, all guests must complete the traveler registration by providing a valid ID or Passport before accessing the property. ​

4. Liability and Damages: Guests are responsible for the proper use of their room and common areas. Lost key cards or damage to tech equipment (Smart TV, Ethernet ports, etc.) will incur a replacement fee. ​

5. Right of Admission: Compliance with the House Rules (especially quiet hours from 9:00 PM and the smoke-free policy) is mandatory. Serious breaches entitle the property to cancel the stay without a refund.
