​🚫 Community Rules: We aim for a peaceful and respectful environment. Parties and loud noises are not allowed from 21:00 (9 PM) to 09:00 (9 AM). ​

🧹 Cleaning: Common areas are professionally cleaned twice a week. However, each guest is responsible for cleaning the kitchen and utensils immediately after use.

🧼 Supplies: We provide a welcome kit including toilet paper and soap. For long stays, guests are responsible for their own refills.

​ 🔑 Key Management: Loss of room keys or the private kitchen cupboard key will incur a €10 replacement fee. ​

🌡️ Climate: Fans are available upon request if the weather requires them. ​

🤝 Respect: This is a shared space based on trust and mutual respect.

​ 🧺 Laundry: There is no laundry facility inside the building, but an excellent self-service laundry is located just a 2-minute walk away. ​

🚫 Drying Clothes: For community and aesthetic reasons, hanging clothes in common areas (patio, rooftop, or hallways) is strictly prohibited. ​

💧 Water Efficiency: We are an eco-friendly accommodation. Our facilities include water-saving systems for responsible consumption without compromising your shower comfort.

Just a 2-minute walk away, you'll find bus stops connecting you to the entire city. You are very close to Las Canteras Beach (about 10-15 mins by bus) and just a short distance from Triana and Vegueta. You can reach that area in a pleasant walk downhill; that is where the Main Bus Hub (Intercambiador) is located, perfect for exploring the rest of the island. ​

🚶 On Foot:

The commercial street Pedro Infinito is just around the corner, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and laundry facilities less than 5 minutes away. ​
